I think fear is the hardest emotion to push out of our emotions. Fear steals our joy, our peace, our confidence. The list is a mile long.
I’ve heard it said as “False Evidence Appearing Real”. Funny thing is check out the dictionaries definition of fear…

what can I do about the situation I’m in??
Matthew 6:27
And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure to his stature or to the span of his life?
First thing you must do is realize this….. You can do nothing without Gods help.
You can do nothing without Gods help. There’s always another mountain to climb, the situation will always ask for more money, time, energy, focus, emotions ect. then you have to give. You are ONLY human.You are only one person living in this demanding fast paced world, and those people you think are doing great on the outside, and aren’t getting Gods help. I can promise you. they’re tired, they cry, they feel overwhelmed at times, they are struggling to appear fine, they need help too, and are driving themselves to the grave early.
9 So I say to you, Ask and keep on asking and it shall be given you; seek and keep on seeking and you shall find; knock and keep on knocking and the door shall be opened to you.
God really wants to help you.
Isaiah 40:28-31 (AMP)
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding.
29 He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted;
31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (AMP)
9 But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!
Those scriptures are so powerful!!! and comforting.
